Jorge Reyes currently serves as director of the Center for Intelligence and Research in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability (IDEARSE), attached to the Faculty of Economics and Business of the Anahuac University in Mexico.
At the end of 2010 he was elected to the Stakeholder Council of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) for the 2011-2013 period representing Latin America and the Caribbean within the Mediating Institutions sector. In 2013 he was re-elected for the period 2014 - 2016.
He participated as an expert on behalf of the Support, Services, Research and Others (SSRO) sector within the delegation of Mexico to the International Working Group of ISO, for the development of the ISO 26000 Social Responsibility standard.
He holds a degree in International Business from the Universidad Anáhuac. He is currently studying for a PhD in Innovation and Social Responsibility at the same university.
